Betrayal may have changed the shape of your story. It doesn't have to determine the shape of your future.

You don't have to complete these stages perfectly or in order. Healing isn't linear. But these are the movements we return to, as you find your footing again.

01. STABILIZE — “I can find my footing.”

Immediate support, nervous-system regulation, grounding, basic safety, safe people, reducing overwhelm and determining what needs attention right now.

02. UNDERSTAND — “I can make sense of what is happening to me.”

Making sense of betrayal trauma, triggers, hypervigilance, grief, loss of assumptive reality, checking behaviours, body responses, spiritual disruption and separating his behaviour from her response.

03. PROTECT — “I can discern what I need.”

Distinguishing facts versus fear, boundaries, patterns versus promises, responsibility, trustworthy behaviour and wise decision-making.

04. RESTORE — “I can reclaim myself.”

Regaining identity, voice, values, self-trust, agency, relationships and faith.

05. FLOURISH — “I can live forward.”

Rediscovering purpose, resilience, relationships, spiritual formation and hope. Building a meaningful future rooted in faith, not organized around betrayal.

Introducing: The Shape of Our Healing

A 10-week program for women ready to heal after sexual betrayal.

Your husband's choices may have changed your life, but they don't have to determine the shape of your future.

Does this sound like you?

You discovered your husband's pornography use, hidden sexual choices, or online relationship and:

  • the life you thought you knew doesn't feel safe anymore
  • you keep finding yourself checking his laptop and phone
  • your brain is caught in a worst-case scenario loop
  • you're triggered by random people, places, situations
  • you're exhausted from wondering what's true in your own marriage
  • part of you wants to walk away, part of you wants to save your marriage

You're not too sensitive or crazy. You don't have to stay stuck in the cycle of checking, questioning, comparing, and wondering, "What if?"

You've been wounded by betrayal.

And healing doesn't begin with figuring out whether you're staying or leaving... it begins with finding your footing.

A Christ-centred, trauma-informed pathway for women.

Find a place to understand what has happened, process what you've lost, rebuild your sense of safety and begin creating a future that isn't controlled by your husband's choices.

Discover what changes when you stop healing alone. Through story, journaling, coaching, and community, you will learn how to:

✓ understand why you feel like you’re losing your mind
✓ calm the emotional storms of betrayal trauma
 ✓ rebuild trust in yourself
 ✓ create healthy boundaries
✓ rediscover hope in God’s presence

Find your footing again—whether he chooses healing or not.

Still Waters: A Psalm 23 Journey for Women Healing from Betrayal

Coming in January 2027:  A seven-week journey through Psalm 23 for women whose faith has been shaken by sexual betrayal.

When betrayal shakes your faith, discover the unchanging goodness of your Shepherd.

Sexual betrayal doesn't just wound your heart—it can leave you questioning everything, including where God is in your pain.

You may wonder,

"Why didn't God protect me?"

"Can I trust Him when the person I most love wasn't trustworthy?"

"How do I pray when my heart feels broken?"

Still Waters: A Psalm 23 Journey is a seven-week, Christ-centred Bible study designed for women healing after sexual betrayal. Through the familiar yet deeply powerful words of Psalm 23, you will discover that God's character remains steady even when your circumstances are not.

Together, we will explore how the Good Shepherd meets you in grief, confusion, and uncertainty—offering comfort for your wounded heart, strength for your next step, and hope for the journey ahead.

This gentle, trauma-informed study provides biblical encouragement, meaningful reflection, and a safe space to reconnect with God and rediscover that you are still seen, still loved, and still held by Him.

Includes:

  • Seven weekly 90-minute online gatherings
  • Digital participant guide
  • Guided Scripture reflection and journaling
  • Christ-centred encouragement and confidential community with women who understand

Still Waters is an invitation to discover that betrayal may have changed your story—but it has not changed the heart of your Shepherd.
