the shape of our healing

12 Week Online Group Support Program

More than a novel, a pathway to healing.

The Shape of Our Healing is both a story and an opportunity to navigate the healing journey after sexual betrayal trauma. Read what happens when vows collide with deception and marriage becomes a place of wrestling for hope and healing in five fictional women's lives.

The novel's characters each find their own path as they move from the crisis of discovery toward restabilization.

As you read and participate you will:

  •  Feel understood and validated.
  •  Feel less alone.
  •  Recognize your physical/emotional response to betrayal is normal.
  •  Find a safe community of women who are walking out their own recovery in real life, alongside you.
  • Be pointed toward hope.

Read & reflect individually each week:

Each chapter of the novel concludes with thoughtfully designed reflection questions,  inviting you to interact with both the characters' experiences and your own story. These trauma-sensitive prompts encourage self-awareness, emotional processing, and personal growth. You'll begin to reframe your story and engage in your own healing journey.

Learn & discuss in a safe, supportive space:

Reading The Shape of Our Healing on your own can be powerful. Discussing it alongside other women can be transformative!

Discover a safe space to share, learn, and grow with women who "get it".  Receive gentle guidance and unwavering support to help you rebuild safety. Transform your pain into empowerment and growth.

The stories in The Shape of Our Healing serve as mirrors, helping women recognize parts of their own experience while also offering windows into different responses, struggles, and paths toward healing that are possible.

Along with the power of community and shared learning, a group study is an affordable way to access ongoing support, encouragement, and healing without the higher cost of individual coaching or therapy.

Together, we discover that while every woman's story is unique, noone has to walk the journey of healing alone.
